Light and refreshing - the perfect "porch pounder" for a hot summer day!

1 shot Cucumber-infused Class V vodka
1 splash Mint-infused Class V vodka
1/2 shot simple syrup
Juice of 1/2 lime

Shake over ice. Strain into lowball glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with cucumber wheel and/or mint sprig.

 

Jefe Caliente

Named after Syntax’s better half Jeff, who likes a little buzz with his little buzz.

Mix the following in a large coffee cup:
1 tablespoon Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Premium Hot Cocoa (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon ancho chile powder (or to taste)
1 shot Class V vodka

Next:
Top with your favorite coffee. Stir well. If you prefer a chilled drink, shake with or pour over ice. Garnish with a dusting of chile powder. Enjoy!

 

Mojitotini

A tini twist on the classic rum drink.

Muddle in a cocktail shaker:

1 shot simple syrup
A handful of fresh mint leaves
The juice of one lime

Next:

Add 1-2 shots of Powder[tm] white rum or Class V[tm] vodka. Shake with ice. Strain into a martini glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint or floating lime slice. Enjoy!

 

Green Chili Apple Cider

Great hot or iced — apple flavor with a bit of zing for crisp fall weather!

1 shot Perky Pepper Vodka
Juice from half lemon
Pinch of Pumpkin Spice
1 Cup of apple juice

 Mix lemon juice, pumpkin spice, and apple juice. Heat if desired, or shake over ice. Stir in 1 shot of Perky Pepper. Garnish with cinnamon stick or lemon wheel.

 

The Melted Snowman

Comfort-drink winter goodness!

1 Shot Class V vodka
1/2 Shot Mint-Infused Class V vodka (or substitute peppermint schnapps)
4 oz. Whole milk or cream

Shake over ice. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with white chocolate chips and/or frozen cherries (for a pink snowman)

 

Pumpkin Fever

Smooth (adult) Pumpkin Pie in a glass!

1.5 shots Pumpkin-Pie Spiced Rum
0.5 shot Cinnamon-Infused Vodka
1 shot Whole Milk (or to taste)
0.5 shot Simple Syrup

Shake over ice. Strain into martini or lowball glass. Garnish with cinnamon powder.

 

Watermelon Cooler

Refreshing and cool for warm summer nights!

2 oz. Watermelon-Infused Class V vodka
1 oz. Cucumber-Infused Class V vodka
1/2 oz. simple syrup
Juice of 1/2 lime

Shake over ice. Strain into lowball glass filled with ice. Top with club soda if desired. Garnish with cucumber wheel, watermelon wedge, or lime.

 

Whitewater Cocktail

When you can’t be kayaking it or rafting it, you might as well drink it.

Fill a glass with ice. Add a shot of Class V vodka (Or if the water’s a little tame, add Perky Pepper Vodka instead of regular vodka!). Top with lemonade and a splash of club soda (to taste). For a spectacular whitewater experience, try this homemade lemonade recipe: H’s Zesteriffic Lemonade.

 

Contraband Martini

Like a buzz with your buzz?  This may be your drink…espresso vodka with some lovely cherry vodka to go with it!

1 Shot Espresso infused Vodka
1/2 Shot cherry infused vodka
3/4 Shot simple syrup
Shake over ice and strain into martini glass. Garnish with fresh or frozen cherries.

 

Colorado Bulldog

Smooth and creamy…with a little, loving bite.

Serve in short glass over ice:
1 Shot espresso-infused Class V vodka (or substitute 1 shot Class V vodka, and 1/2 shot strong coffee)
Top with Coke or your cola of choice
Add a splash of whole milk or cream to the top, and watch the pretty swirls.

Pomegranate Daiquiri

1  1/2 Shots of Powder White Rum
1/2 Shot homemade grenadine syrup (1 part 100% pomegranate juice to 1 part sugar)
1 Shot simple syrup
Juice from 1/2 lime
Shake over ice. Strain into martini glass, garnish with lime wedge or float a thin slice of lime on top.

 

Yacht Rock

1  1/2 Shots of Powder [tm] White Rum
Juice from 1/2 fresh lime
Splash of Falernum (a clovey-cinnamony-gingery-lime-zesty liqueur..substitute a bit of fresh grated ginger and lime zest in simple syrup if unavailable)
Top with equal parts pineapple juice and grapefruit juice. Shake over ice. Pour into rocks glass, garnish with lime wedge.

 

Caipirinha

1  1/2 shots of rum
1 shot simple syrup
Juice from 1/2 lime
Cut up juiced lime into ~4 pieces, and muddle the peel with the rum, syrup, and lime juice.
Shake with ice. Pour into tall glass and top with soda water. Garnish with lime

 

VodkaRita Martini

Some say that our vodka tastes a little bit like Patron Silver, and who are we to argue?  For an interesting (and even more tequila-y twist, try this with our Big Cat light Whisky)

1  1/2 shots Class V vodka (or Big Cat whisky)
1/2 shot citrus-infused Class V vodka (or substitute with a little bit of OJ concentrate and a little more vodka)
1/2 shot simple syrup
Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
Juice of 1/2 fresh lime
Shake over ice. Strain into salt-rimmed margarita or martini glass. Garnish with lime wedge, or float a thin slice of lime on top.
